Article 4 currently requires context-specific AI-literacy measures. On 29 June 2026, the Council gave final approval to a Digital Omnibus amendment. The adopted text keeps an organization-level duty, reframes it as supporting the development of AI literacy, and says no specific individual level must be guaranteed. It enters into force only after publication in the Official Journal, so this sprint builds useful evidence without pretending the transition is already complete.

Do we receive a compliance certificate?
No. The completion record documents participation in an internal initiative only. Commission guidance says no specific Article 4 certificate is required and organizations may retain internal records of training or other guidance. DiscloseReady does not turn that record into a compliance claim.
Will every AI-assisted asset receive a disclosure label?
No. Article 50 covers defined situations and includes role/context questions and exceptions. The screen documents the facts and recommends action only where supported; ambiguity is held for professional review.
Do you need access to our tools?
No. The pilot uses a data-minimized questionnaire, public links and redacted screenshots. DiscloseReady does not need credentials or direct system access.
What pauses delivery?
