  1. Customer and service

The service is offered to businesses. The customer orders the written AI Literacy & Disclosure Evidence Sprint scope and confirms that its representative may accept it.

  2. Price and payment

The standard pilot fee is €750. Tax treatment is shown on the invoice. Payment is 100% before kickoff. Laurens De Leeuw issues the invoice through Billit. Out-of-scope work requires a separate written quote.

  3. Delivery

The target is five business days after full payment and complete, safe intake. Missing information, unexpected sensitive data, or unclear authority pauses the delivery clock.

  4. Standard scope

Up to 12 AI use cases, three role groups, role-specific literacy material, a 12-question knowledge check, initiative/completion records, five conservative Article 50 screens, supported wording options, and an implementation backlog. One written clarification round is included.

  5. Customer responsibilities

The customer provides accurate, authorized, data-minimized inputs; removes unnecessary confidential or personal data; reviews factual assumptions; owns implementation decisions; and obtains qualified professional advice where marked.

  6. Acceptance

The customer has five business days after delivery to report an objective failure against the accepted written scope. DiscloseReady will correct a confirmed in-scope defect. Silence is not testimonial or case-study permission.

  7. Boundaries

No legal advice, certification, regulatory representation, conformity assessment, guaranteed compliance, system implementation, or guaranteed commercial outcome is provided. High-risk, biometric, emotion-recognition, employment, or similarly sensitive cases may be rejected or held for professional review.

  8. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Customer material remains confidential and is not used for model training, marketing, case studies, cross-customer delivery, or publication without explicit permission. After full payment, the customer may use and edit the delivered customer-specific files for its internal operations. DiscloseReady retains its pre-existing methods and blank templates.

  9. Cancellation

Cancellation before kickoff is refundable less any non-recoverable payment cost. After intake review begins, completed work may be charged. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

  10. Law, privacy and contact

Belgian law applies, with competent courts determined by applicable law. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. See the privacy notice. Questions and notices use the secure contact form.
